PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL COOKIES

| Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies | |
| 3/4 cup | crisco |
| 1 cup | creamy peanut butter |
| 1 1/2 cups | brown sugar |
| 1/2 cup | water |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |
| 3 cups | oatmeal |
| 1 1/2 cups | flour |
| 1/2 tsp | baking soda |
| Granulated sugar | |
Beat crisco, peanut butter, and brown sugar until creamy. Beat in water, egg, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Cover and chill about 2 hours. Shape into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork dipped in sugar.
Bake in 350 degree for 9- 11 minutes.
