| 3 cups | zucchini |
| 3 cups | sugar |
| 4 1/2 cups | flour |
| 5 | eggs |
| 1 1/2 cups | oil |
| 3 tsps | vanilla extract |
| 1 1/2 tsps | baking soda |
| 1/2 tsp | baking powder |
| 1 1/2 tsps | nutmeg |
| 3 tsps | cinnamon |
| 1 1/2 tsps | salt |
| 3 cups | raisins |
| 2 cups | nuts |
Mix together all ingredients. Pour into bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
