Kathy's Mexican Style Egg Dish

    1-1/2 lbs  Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage, (2 tubes of Jimmy Dean Regular)
    6 slices  white bread, (cut off crust & tear up)
    1/2 lb  sliced mushrooms
    1 tsp  salt
    2 cups  milk
    6  eggs
    1 cup  greated cheddar cheese
    4 oz  can diced ortega chiles
    1 tsp  dry mustard

Add more bread, cheese & egg if desired

Cook up sausage and drain. Mix all ingredients together and pour ino a 9 x 13 greased baking dish, bake for 30minutes @ 350 covered. Remove cover and cook 1/2 hour longer.

Serve with Kathy's Salsa!
