Kathy's Mexican Style Egg Dish

1-1/2 lbs | Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage, (2 tubes of Jimmy Dean Regular) |
6 slices | white bread, (cut off crust & tear up) |
1/2 lb | sliced mushrooms |
1 tsp | salt |
2 cups | milk |
6 | eggs |
1 cup | greated cheddar cheese |
4 oz | can diced ortega chiles |
1 tsp | dry mustard |
Add more bread, cheese & egg if desired
Cook up sausage and drain. Mix all ingredients together and pour ino a 9 x 13 greased baking dish, bake for 30minutes @ 350 covered. Remove cover and cook 1/2 hour longer.
Serve with Kathy's Salsa!
