    1/2 loaf  Italian bread cut in small cubes
    2  eggs
    1-1/2 cups  fat free French Vanilla Int'l Delight Creamer
    6 Tbsp  water
    1/4 cup  raisins or mini choc chips
    1/4 cup  sugar
    1/8 tsp  cinnamon

Put bread in a greased 8x8 pan. In bowl beat eggs, creamer and water. Pour over bread. Sprinkle in raisins or choc chips. Use fingertips to make sure all bread is wet and raisins/choc chips are distributed. Add additional creamer if needed.

Topping: combine 1/4 cup sugar and 1/8 tsp cinnamon. Sprinkle on bread mixture. Place pan in a water bath in oven. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

Serve alone or with whipped cream or ice cream.
