shrimp/chicken creole

1/2 c | olive oil |
1 | chopped onion |
1 | chopped green pepper |
2 | chopped celery |
1 | minced garlic |
3 tbsp | flour |
1 | pkg beef stew mix |
1/4 | chopped parsley |
1 tsp | cayenne pepper |
1 tsp | salt |
3 cups | hot h2o |
1 tsp | ground pepper |
2 | chicken breasts |
1 pound | shrimp |
1/2 | -1 cup red wine |
serve on hot rice |
heat olive oil
saute onion, garlic, celery, green pepper
add flour and beef stew mix into a roux
add h2o
add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper,parsley
add chicken cook fully cut into bite size pieces
add wine
heat well add shrimp last
serve over rice
