6 eggland's best eggs, wellbeaten. 1 tsp salt | |
1 can (12 fl oz) | nestle carnation evaporated milk 1/2 tsp ground black pepper |
1 medium | onion, chopped. 1 small green bell pepper |
1 C | diced ham, (optional). 1 pkg (30 oz) frozen shredded hash brown |
Oven 350 degrees
Beat eggs in large bowl until well blended. Stir in evaporated milk, salt and pepper. Add potatoes, onion, bell pepper and ham; mix well. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
Bake 60-65 minutes or until set.
