CHICKEN FRITO PIE

1. Preheat oven to 350. In a large heavy pot heat oil over medium high. Seasonchix with salt and p, then brown o both sides for a total of 6 min. Remove to plate. 2. Add onion, garlic and chili powder to pot, stirring; sauté until tender, 4 min. return chix to pot; stir in broth, green chiles, and bean 3. Bring to a boil; reduce to a simmer, and cook for 30 min. over medium heat, stirring occasionally. 4. Add 1 1/2 cups Fritos to 2 quart casserole. Top with chili, remaining Fritos and cheese, Bake 15 min. Serve with cilantro, avocado, and sour cream if desired. 6 servings | |
