Quinoa salad
    1 cup  quinoa to 1 ¾ water.
Rinse and drain the quinoa. Boil water, add the grain, bring to boil, reduce to min, keep on for 15 min. Take off the heat, let it sit for another 10-15 min with lid closed. Put in a large dish to cool, then put in the fridge to cool when @ room temp. Combine all the ingredients when cooled. Other ingredients: 1 1 cup of frozen peas: thaw in cold water, drain 2 Cashews: ¼- ½ cup, roast lightly
    3  Red onion thinly sliced, (to taste)
    4  Celery cubed to taste, (but I think it tastes better without the celery)
5 Optional: chopped dried cranberries and/or fresh chopped cilantro Dressing: mix all the ingredients
    1 ¼ cup  sunflower, (or other) oil

2 3 spoons of wine vinegar ( don't recommend balsamic )
3 3 sp of soya sauce
4 1 ½- 2 tea spoons of curry powder
5 ½ tea sp of salt
6 Combine the cooled quinoa with other ingredients, mix. Add the dressing, mix, leave in the fridge to cool.
7 Enjoy!!!!! It always tastes better the next day
