Preheat oven to 350 Line muffin tins Combine:
    1.5 cups  Wheat Flour
    1 tsp  Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp  Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp  Salt
In a large bowl beat:
    1 stick  Butter, (1/2 cup)
    11/2 cups  Sugar
eggs? Add:
    2 cups  Carrots
    2  ripe Bananas
    2Tbsp  Lemon Juice
    11/2 tsp  Vanilla

Combine with flour mixture and bake 30-40 minutes.
