Oven Fried Honey Chicken

| 1/4 cup | honey |
| 2 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
| 1 1/2 cup | panko |
| 1.5 lb | boneless chicken breast |
Mix honey and vinegar. Roll chicken in honey mixture and then dredge in bread crumbs. Bake for 30 min. on foil-lined sheet.
