Red quinoa salad

Red Quinoa Avocado Salad | |
1 pkg (7 oz) | red quinoa cooked accordingly |
12 oz | can or pkg frozen corn |
1C | finely chopped cilantro |
1C | green onions |
2 | plum tomatoes |
2 | avocados cubed small |
1/2 C | Wegman's Lemon Vinaigrette |
1/2 tsp | salt |
1/2 tsp | pepper |
Add cooked quinoa, corn, cilantro, green onions, and tomatoes to mixing bowl. Fold in avocados and dressing. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Serve
Refrigerate until set, and break into pieces to serve.

Substitutions
Use matzah, brown sugar, and chocolate chip brands that are free of the allergens you need to avoid. Use Kosher for Passover versions if making this for Passover.
