| 1/4 c | peanut butter |
| 1/4 c | veggie oil |
| 1 c | shredded carrots |
| 1 tsp | vanilla |
| 1/3 c | honey |
| 1 | egg |
| Cottage cheese |
MIX- flower, baking soda.
Add remaining ingredients mix well. Pour into ring mold sprayed with non stick cooking spray
350' for 40 min
Top with low fat cottage cheese and decorate with carrots. Put on frig
