Apple Crisp

    5  apples, peeled And sliced
    1 teaspoon  lemon juice
    1 tablespoon  water
    3/4 cup  packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup  flour
    1/2 cup  rolled oats
    1 teaspoon  cinnamon
    1/2 cup  margarine

Preheat oven to 375F. Put apples in 8 inch square pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice and water. Combine brown sugar, flour, rolled oats and cinnamon. Using a pastry blender, cut-in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle bown sugar mixture over apples. Bake 40-45 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve with ice cream.
