Zucchini Bread

1 Cup | walnuts |
4 | Eggs |
3 1/2 Cups | flour |
1 1/2 tsp | salt |
1 Cup | raisins |
2 Cups | sugar |
1 Cup | oil |
1 1/2 tsp | baking soda |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
2 Cups | grated zucchini |
1 tsp | vanilla |
Beat eggs and gradually beat in sugar and then oil. Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with zucchini. Stir in raisins, walnuts and vanilla. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
