Frosted Banana Cookies

| 3/4 cup | butter |
| margarine, alternative | |
| 1/2 tsp. | Vanilla 1 tsp. Baking soda |
| 3/4 cup | packed brow sugar |
| 2 cups | mashed bananas |
| 2 cups | flour |
| 1 | egg |
| 1/4 tsp. | Salt |
| Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, vanilla and bananas. Beat well. Add dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. ICING | |

| 4 Tbsp. | Cream |
| 4 Tbsp. | Butter |
| Powdered Sugar | |
Mix all in small saucepan over heat ... Bring to boil. Remove from heat and add enough powdered sugar to make of consistency to spread on cookies. Blend with electric mixer.
