Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies

3/4 cup | Creamy Peanut Butter |
1/2 cup (1/2 stick) | Butter flavor Crisco |
1-1/4 cup | packed light brown sugar |
3 Tbsp. | Milk |
1 Tbsp. | Vanilla |
1 | egg |
1-3/4 cups | all-purpose flour |
3/4 tsp. | Salt |
3/4 tsp. | Baking soda |
Heat oven to 375. Combine peanut butter,Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Add egg. Beat just until blended. In separate bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to cream mixture at low speed. Mix just until blended. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten slightly with fork in crisscross pattern. Bake at 375 for 7 - 8 minutes or until set and just beginning to brown. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Place cookies on filed lined cooling racks.
