Sausage & Mushroom Pasta Bake

| 200 gr | bow tie pasta |
| 1 tablespoon | olive oil |
| 6 | thin sausages, fried, thickly sliced |
| 2 cloves | garlic, minced |
| 400 gr | mushrooms, sliced |
| 550 gr | pasata |
| 2teaspoon | dried oregano |
| 500 gr | cottage cheese |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 cup | grated mozzarella cheese |
Cook pasta
Sauté onion& garlic in oil
Add mushrooms for 5 minutes
Return sausages, pasta, pasata & oregano to the pan
Transfer to on ovenproof dish (12 cup capacity)
Combine cottage cheese & egg
Spoon over pasta
Sprinkle with mozzarella
Bake @ 200C for 30 minutes
