1 Häferl starker, gezuckerter Kaffee
Eier trennen, Eiweiß steif schlagen,
Dotter mit Zucker und Vanillezucker mit Mixer verrühren, dann das Mascarpone mit Mixer dazugeben,
dann geschlagenen Schnee langsam drunter heben
Biskotten in Kaffee kurz eintunken, und eine Schicht (in irgendeiner Form) auslegen,
Creme drüber und dann nochmal eine Schicht kaffeegetränkte Biskotten, und noch eine
Schicht Creme, das ganze über Nacht in Kühlschrank, Kakaopulver drüber - > Fertisch
