Summer Berry Crumble

120 gr | self raising flour |
100 gr | caster sugar |
120 gr | ground almonds |
100 gr | cold unsalted butter, chopped |
1 kg | fresh or frozen mixed berries |
Preheat oven to 200 C
Combine flour, sugar, ground almonds
Add chopped butter, rub in
Divide the berries among 4 ramekins
Sprinkle the crumble on top
Bake for 20 minutes
Remove and allow to rest at room temp for 5 minutes
