Fondant au chocolat

| 180 g | chocolat noir |
| 160 g | beurre |
| 5 | oeufs |
| 150 g | sucre |
| 60 g | farine |
Blanchir les œufs et le sucre. Faire fondre le chocolat avec le beurre. Incorporer le chocolat à l’appareil aux œufs et ajouter la farine.
Fariner des moules individuels en silicone et remplir à ¾. Enfourner 8 minutes à 160°.
