1/2 cup | apple sauce |
1/2 cup | vegetable oil |
4 | eggs |
1 16-ounce can | pumpkin |
1-1/2 cups | white flour |
2 cups | whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon | baking powder |
2 teaspoons | baking soda |
2 teaspoons | salt |
1 teaspoon | cinnamon |
1 teaspoon | nutmeg |
1 teaspoon | allspice |
2/3 cup | water |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat sugar, apple sauce, oil and eggs. Add pumpkin, flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. Mix for 30 seconds. Scrape bowl and then add the water until combined. Bake in 2 lined 12 cupcake pans for 20 to 25 minutes.
