Hearty Minestrone Soup for the Crock Pot

1 pound | stew meat |
1 | onion, diced |
1-2 | carrots sliced |
1 6 oz cand tomato paste | |
1 tablespoon | salt |
1 teaspoon | dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon | dried basil |
1 16 oz red kidney beans w/ liquid | |
1 16 oz can | baked beans |
1-3 small | zucchini sliced |
1 pound | ground italian sausge |
spinach | |
1 can | beer |
1 can | chopped tomatoes |
1/2 pound | rotoni pasta |
Add all ingredients to Crock pot, Cook on high for 4 hours or low for longer.
Serve over hot pasta and sprinkle with parmesean cheese.
