    1 cup  plain flour
    2 teaspoon  baking powder
    1/3 cup  caster sugar
    2 tablespoon  Dutch cocoa
    1 teaspoon  ground cinnamon
    45 gr  melted butter, cooled
    1/2 cup  milk
    1  egg
    2 tablespoon  instant espresso coffee powder
Ovenproof glass dish Preheat oven to 180 degree celcius Put flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa, cinnamon in a food processor Pulse until well combined Put butter, milk, beaten egg & coffee in another bowl Whisk to combine Add to the flour mixture Pulse until smooth Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 L ovenproof dish TOPPING
    1 cup  brown sugar
    2 tablespoon  Dutch cocoa
    265 ml  boiling water
    3 tablespoon  instant espresso coffee powder

Combine sugar & cocoa in a small bowl
Sprinkle over the pudding mixture
Mix the boiling water & coffee in the jug
Pour around the edges of the pudding

Bake for 20 minutes
