2 teaspoon | baking powder |
1/3 cup | caster sugar |
2 tablespoon | Dutch cocoa |
1 teaspoon | ground cinnamon |
45 gr | melted butter, cooled |
1/2 cup | milk |
1 | egg |
2 tablespoon | instant espresso coffee powder |
Ovenproof glass dish Preheat oven to 180 degree celcius Put flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa, cinnamon in a food processor Pulse until well combined Put butter, milk, beaten egg & coffee in another bowl Whisk to combine Add to the flour mixture Pulse until smooth Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 L ovenproof dish TOPPING | |
1 cup | brown sugar |
2 tablespoon | Dutch cocoa |
265 ml | boiling water |
3 tablespoon | instant espresso coffee powder |
Combine sugar & cocoa in a small bowl
Sprinkle over the pudding mixture
Mix the boiling water & coffee in the jug
Pour around the edges of the pudding
Bake for 20 minutes
