Apple Pancakes (Denise)

| 1 cup | milk |
| 4 large | eggs |
| 3 tablespoons | white sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | vanilla |
| 1/2 teaspoon | salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | cinnamon |
| 2/3 cup | plain flour |
| 4 tablespoon | unsalted butter |
| 2 | golden delicious apples, peeled, coded, sliced thinly |
| 3 tablespoons | packed brown sugar |
Preheat oven to 425 degree Fahrenheit
Whisk milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla & cinnamon
Add flour, whisk until batter is smooth
Place butter in a 13 x 9 inch glass dish
Place dishin hot oven for 5 minutes
Remove dish from the oven, place apple slices in
Return dish to the oven until apple soften (10 minutes)
Pour batter over the apples
Sprinkle with brown sugar
Bake for another 20 minutes
