| 6 | egg whites |
| 3/4 cup | caster sugar |
| 3/4 cup | white sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | vanilla |
Preheat oven to low (120 degree celcius)
Beat egg whites
Slowly add sugar & vanilla
Drop spoonful onto lined baking tray
Bake for 1 hour
Reduce temperature to 110 degree
Bake for another 2-3 hours
