Cheddar dill muffin

2 cups | plain flour |
1 tablespoon | baking powder |
3/4 teaspoon | salt |
2 tablespoon | white sugar |
2 teaspoon | dry dill weeds |
1 | egg beaten |
1 cup | plain yoghurt |
1/2 cup | milk |
2 tablespoon | butter, melted |
1 cup | cheddar cheese, shredded |
Preheat oven to 200 degree celcius
Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and dills
In another bowl, pour all the liquid ingredients
Pour the liquid onto the dru ingredients
Fold in the cheese
Pour into lined muffin tins
Bake for 25-30 minutes
