Vegan Meatball Pate (Raw)

This is theoretically a pate, but it's so thick that it sticks together like meatballs. That, and the flavor, is why I named it Italian Meatball Pate. I love it when I accidentally make something wonderful! Ingredients:
    1 c.  raw almonds
    1/2 c.  pumpkin seeds, (I use pre-sprouted, dried pumpkin seeds with sea salt. If you use unsalted, you might have to add some sea salt to the recipe).
    1/2 c.  sun dried tomatoes
    2 stalks  celery
    1  scallion
    1/2 tsp.  basil
    1/2 tsp.  oregano
    1/4 cup  water

Process everything in the food processor except the water. Add the water in small quantities, as necessary, if the processor gets stuck. The end product should be a very thick paste which would hold together in a giant ball without crumbling. Makes 3-4 large (fist-sized) meatballs.
