250 gr | caster sugar |
100 gr | self raising flour |
175 gr | butter |
200 gr | fermented tapioca, mashed |
Beat eggs & sugar until fluffy
Using clean bowl, beat butter until creamy
Add tape, continue beating
Add eggs &sugar
Add flour, mix with spatula
Bake in 180 degree oven for 50 minute
