Banana Bread with honey

| 75 gr | unsalted butter, melted |
| 1/3 cup | brown sugar, firmly packed |
| 1/3 cup | honey |
| 2 | eggs, lightly beaten |
| 3/4 cup (2 bananas) | mashed banana |
| 1 cup | plain flour |
| 1/2 cup | self raising flour |
Grease a 12 cm X 22 cm medium loaf pan
Line with baking paper
Preheat oven to slow (160 degree celcius)
Combine butter, sugar, honey & eggs in a large bowl
Add mashed banana, mix well
Stir in combined sifted flours, in two batches
Pour mixture into bread tin
Cook for 1 hour
Stand bread in pan for 5 minutes
Turn out to a wire rack
