| 3 cups | shredded Chinese cabbage |
| 1 cup | Bean Sprouts |
| 4 | Radishes, finely sliced |
| 2 | Carrots, cut into matchsticks |
| 1 medium | red onions, thinly sliced |
| 3/4 cup | coriander leaves |
| 1/2 cup | roasted cashews |
| DRESSING | |
| 1/4 cup | sweet chilli sauce |
| 2 tablespoons | lime juice |
| 2 ,tablespoons fish sauce | |
| 2 teaspoons | sesame oil |
| 1 clove | garlic, crushed |
Combine all salad ingredients except coriander and cashews
Whisk salad dressing
Pour into salad
Add coriander leaves & cashews
