Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes

Ingredients | |
3/4 pound | Yukon Gold potatoes |
2 teaspoons | extra virgin olive oil |
3/4 teaspoon | minced garlic |
1/8 teaspoon | sea salt |
1/8 teaspoon | freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Cut potatoes into wedges. In a large bowl, mix potato wedges
with olive oil and garlic and season with salt and pepper.
3. Spread on a cookie sheet and roast for 30 to 35 minutes until
golden brown and tender.
