Potato Medley

| 2 teaspoons | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1/4 teaspoon | sea salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | black pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon, garlic powder-granules |
| 1 large | sweet potato peeled and diced |
| 1 1/2 cups | peeled and diced yukon gold potatoes, (2 to 3 medium) |
1. Prehat the oven to 400 degrees
2. combine the olive oil, salt , pepper, and garlic granules in a large bowl. Add the sweet potatoes and yukon gold potatoes and toss to coat.
3. Spread the potatoes evenly on a large baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes, or until tender. Divide among four plates
