Crab Cakes

    1 lb  lump crab meat
    1 Tbl  parsley chopped
    1/2 tsp  cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 tsp  salt
    2  eggs
    1 Tbl  cream
    1 Tbl  red bell pepper chopped
    1 Tbl  green onion chopped
    1/4 cup  Panko bread crumbs

Mix together all ingredients, being careful not to break up crab.
Form into patties. 1 lb crab = 8 patties.
Dredge in additional bread crumbs.
Place in cooler at least 3 hours.
Sauté in canola oil until golden brown and hot throughout.

Serve with shrimp sauce
