Crab Cakes

1 lb | lump crab meat |
1 Tbl | parsley chopped |
1/2 tsp | cayenne pepper |
1 1/2 tsp | salt |
2 | eggs |
1 Tbl | cream |
1 Tbl | red bell pepper chopped |
1 Tbl | green onion chopped |
1/4 cup | Panko bread crumbs |
Mix together all ingredients, being careful not to break up crab.
Form into patties. 1 lb crab = 8 patties.
Dredge in additional bread crumbs.
Place in cooler at least 3 hours.
Sauté in canola oil until golden brown and hot throughout.
Serve with shrimp sauce
