| 2 Gemüsezwiebeln (oder 4 normalgroße) kleinschneiden - in einer Rührschüssel mit 2 Eiern, 200 g Mehl, 200g Schnippelschinken, 2oog geriebenem Käse, 1 Becher Schmand , Pfeffer und Salz nach Geschmack verrühren - in eine gut gefettete Springform od. Quicheform od. Silikonbackform ( hier geht der Kuchen dann besonders gut wieder raus ;-) ) geben und 20 min bei 200 ° backen. |

ich habe erst gedacht....da fehlt doch der Hefeteig....aber probiert es aus....für meine Geschmacksnerven war er super lecker !!!
