Pumpkin Bars

1 c | whole wheat flour |
1 c | white whole wheat |
unbleached flour | |
1 1/2 c | sugar |
2 tsp | baking powder |
2 tsp | cinnamon |
1 tsp | baking soda |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | ground cloves |
4 | beaten egg |
1 16 oz. Pumpkin canned | |
1 c | cooking oil |
Combine dry ingredients. Stir in eggs, pumpkin and oil till thoroughly combined. Spread batter into ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in center and comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or ice with frosting. Cut into bars.
