1/2 cup | liver spread, (processed using blender |
1 tsp. | Crushed chili |
3 | bay leaves |
2 cups | potatoes |
2 cups | carrots |
2/3 cup | green olives |
Salt | |
pepper |
Fry potatoes/carrots
Sauté onion/garlic
Add beef and simmer
Add water and let it boil until tender
Add tomato sauce and liver spread and simmer
Add olives/carrots/Potatoes/bell pepper/chili and simmer
Add salt/pepper
