| 370g | dark chocolate |
| 170g | plain flour |
| 80g | cocoa powder |
| 100g | white chocolate |
| 100g | milk chocolate |
| Pecan nuts if u want | |
| 6 | eggs |
| 550g | castor sugar |
Heat oven 160
Melt butter &chocolate over a pan of water
Beat eggs &sugar for 8minutes on high speed
Sit four and cocoa put aside
Wen chocolate mixture has cooled down add to egg &sugar mix and fold gently with wooden spoon
Gently fold in flour mix
Add chocolate pieces and nuts
Bake in lined tin for about 40-45 minutes make sure it is cooked in centre
Once cooled cut into pieces
