    2 cans  drained cannelini beans
Sauté in 1 T olive oil:
    3  garlic cloves, chopped
    1 lge  fresh rosemary sprig
    1  bay leaf
Discard leaf and sprig. Heat 2 T oil and sauté:
    1 lge  carrot, chopped
    1 lge  celery stalk, chopped
    1 lge  onion, chopped
Add 2 chopped garlic cloves
    1 tsp  thyme
    4 c  chicken broth
      Beans

Simmer 25 mins.
Puree all but 1 1/2 c beans.
Add chorizo slices.
Stir in 1/4 c whipping cream.
We also like kale or spinach.
