3 pounds | chicken thighs and breasts |
2 cans | stewed tomatoes |
1 package | frozen green peas, thawed |
2 cups | long grain rice |
1 yellow rice seasoning mix | |
28 oz | chicken broth |
1 heaping tsp | garlic |
1 tsp | dried oregano |
Spray slow cooker, combine all ingredients plus 3/4 cups water and stir. Cover cook on low 7 to 8 hours or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Serves 6.
