Spaghetti Carbonara

Spaghetti Carbonara Prep: 10 min Cook: 15 min | |
6 oz | Spaghetti, uncooked |
4 | bacon slices, cut into 1" pieces |
1/2 | Onion, small, chopped |
1/2 | Garlic clove, minced |
1 cup | half-and-half |
1/4 cup | Parmesan cheese, freshly grated |
1 | Egg, lightly beaten |

Pepper | |
1 tbsp | Parsley, chopped fresh |
Cook spaghetti according to package direction, drain and keep warm
Meanwhile, cook bacon, onion, and garlic in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until bacon is crisp.
Whisk together half-and-half, half of the parmesan cheese, Egg, salt and pepper, toss in spaghetti. Add spaghetti mixture to bacon mixture in skillet, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle each serving with remaining chess and the parsley.
