| 1 kg | de papa |
Se pone a cocer la papa sin cascara, y se mezcla ya cocida con los huevos el atún y un poco de pan molido, después se toman porciones pequeñas para hacer las tortugas y una vez hechas se empanizan con el sobrante de pan molido, se ponen a freír en aceite.
