Chop all ingredients before cooking
Heat oil medium, add andouille and brown 3 -4 min.
Remove to plate,add 2T. Butter to pan and brown peppers,celery,onions,garlic,bay, s&p,thyme and cook to tender crisp.
Add flour,tomato paste &stir 1 min.
Dress shrimp with Old Bay in small bowl
Deflect pan with beer and hot sauce and 1cup broth
Slide in shrimp and simmer 2-3 min.
Add andouille
Meanwhile-- Bring remaining 3 cups chic broth to boil, then reduce heat and whisk in polenta 2-3 min.--- thick but not too stiff
Stir in honey and 2 T butter
Put polenta in puddle in bowl top with sauce and garnish with gr. Onions
