Grilled Portobello and Onion Burgers

Burger: | |
4 lg | portobello mushroom caps, wiped clean with damp cloth |
4 slices | red onion |
1/2 tbs | EVOO |
4 | whole wheat hamburger buns |
2 oz | blue cheese crumbles |
4 | romaine lettuce leaves |
Sauce: | |
2 tbs. | non fat plain greek style yogurt |
1 tbs | EVOO |
2 tps dijon mustard | |
2 cloves | garlic, minced |
2 tps dried basil | |
1 tbs | finely chopped parsley |
1/8 tsp | sea salt |
Instructions:
Heat grill pan on med high. Lightly brush mushroom caps and onion with oil. Grill for 4-5 min per side until mushrooms are tender. Grill buns until toasted
Meanwhile, prepare sauce. combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. spread sauce on bottom half of each bun. top with onion, muchroom caps, cheese and lettuce.
