    1 bunch  scallions, thinly sliced, white and green parts separated and divided
    4 c  vegetable broth
    2  limes, juice
    1 T  tamari, low sodium
    1/2 c  parsley, packed
    1/2 c  thai basil, packed
    4 cloves  garlic
    1/2 c  edamame
    2 T  olive oil
    12  wonton wrappers, whole wheat

Mist sauce pan w spray and sweat scallion white parts over med heat for 4 mins then add broth. Reduce by 25%. Season w salt and pepper. nd add lime juice and tamari. Process parsley basil and garlic with pinch salt. Fold in edamame and salt and oil.

Prepare wontons: lay out wonton. Use water to soften edges. Spoon on 1 t filling. Gather up edges and pinch together. Add dumplings to broth and boil for 5 to 8 mins; serve immediately. Garnish w green parts.
