2 T | tomato paste |
1 # | large shrimp deformed and coarsely chopped |
1 rounded T old bay seasoning | |
1/4 cup | hot sauce, ( Frankss Red Hot) |
1 cup | beer |
1 quart | chic broth divided |
1 cup | quick cooking polenta |
2T | honey thinly sliced green onions for garnish, (green and white sliced long 4 T butter |
A chop | all ingredients before cooking. |
Heat oil med. Add saus and brown 3-4 min.
