8" ready made sweet pastry case
    14oz  can skimmed, sweetened condensed milk
    2oz  sugar. 2oz sunflower marg. 3 bananas, peeled and sliced
5floz whipping cream 5oz pot natural yogurt.
    1tbsp  cocoa. 1oz toasted flaked almonds

Put pastry case on large plate. Put condensed milk, sugar and marg in a saucepan. Heat gently until sugar dissolves and marg melts. Bring to boil over med heat, stirring cont. Increase heat and boil rapidly for 5 mins, stirring until mix turns a toffee colour. Set aside.

Arrange bananas over pastry base and quickly spoon over the liquid and level with the back of a wet tbsp. Chill for 30 mins. Whip cream and fold in yogurt and spoon over mixture. Sift cocoa on top and sprinkle the almonds around the edge. Serves 8.
