| 1 (12 ounce) package | semi sweet chocolate chips |
| 1 1/2 | whipping cream |
Directions
Combine cream and chips in medium saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk constantly until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
Pour into mixing bowl, cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate it begins to thicken ( about 1 hour)
Remove and mix on medium speed until soft peaks form.
