    1lb  frozen summer berries. 1 1/2 tbsp caster sugar
    1 tbsp  orange juice. Finely grated rind of 1/2 orange
Scone topping:
    1oz  butter, diced. 4oz SRFlour, sifted
    2tbsp  caster sugar. 1tsp ground cinnamon

3floz milk

Oven gas 7/220c/425f. Serves 4.

Combine frozen berries, sugar, orange juice and rind. For the topping, rub fat into flour. Stir in half the sugar and the cinnamon. Stir in enough milk to form a soft dough and put over fruit. Sprinkle over remaining sugar and bake for 30-35 mins or until golden.
