Boost bananas

2oz butter, 2nd soft brown sugar, 4tbsp banana liqueur, 1/2tsp ground cinnamon, 3 large bananas, 4 tbsp dark rum and mint sprigs to decorate. |
Put butter, brown sugar, banana liqueur and cinnamon into a large frying pan. Heat gently for 3 mins or until sugar melted. Cut bananas in half length ways. Put into pan and heat for 2 mins turning them. Add rum and ignite with long match! Heat gently until flames subside.
Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or creme fraiche.
