Grilled Asparagus

Snap the asparagus to remove the woody ends. Place on a large piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle with a very small amount of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder and black pepper. Roll the spears back and forth to dredge in the oil and seasoning mixture. Crimp foil to marinate 15 minutes to overnight in the refrigerator. Open foil flat and spread out asparagus to a single layer. Place on lower rack of grill on medium to low heat. Grill until cooked to desired doneness.
